Group Fitness for Moms

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller! Little one in school? Pregnant? Come for a full body workout anyway with your mom friends and village.

Stroller Barre

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute class inspired by barre, ballet and Pilates that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood. A perfect workout for all stages of motherhood - pregnancy, newly postpartum and beyond!

Strides 360

Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! Come play with your mom friends, with or without the stroller, during this 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will energize you for the rest of your day! Strides 360® includes out and back runs (or walks), speed, agility and quickness drills, and full body strength and conditioning.

Full Body Workout for Moms

Body Boost

Body Boost® is a mom-only, HIIT workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

Body Well™

Body Well is our 8-week mom-only program that empowers you to improve your physical and mental well-being with weekly total-body workouts that are challenging, empowering and energizing. Plus small group accountability, nutrition, personalized coaching, and more. Sessions run twice a year; Claim your spot now!

Prenatal Fitness Classes

Fit4Baby®

FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. 2024 Winter session coming soon!
