When can I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Holds can start at the beginning of a new billing cycle (the 1st or 15th). There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid. To avoid payment, all requests need to be received in writing 30 business days before the next payment is due. *Please note memberships may not be placed on hold during the initial 3-month commitment period or for less than a calendar month. Thank you!
