What is the fee to place a membership on hold?

Requests made after the required 30-day period may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee (you will be contacted before this fee is collected). Holds cannot be placed retroactively and previously processed dues will not be refunded. If you choose to cancel a plan during or after it has been placed on hold (3 month limit), you must submit a separate form for the change in request. Plans placed on hold and then canceled are subject to the $50 early cancellation fee.
