There is a $49 enrollment fee for all new monthly memberships (Unlimited Stroller and All-Access).

If you cancel your membership and then wish to rejoin, you pay a $25 reactivation fee.

Members who transfer to us from another franchise will be charged a $49 enrollment fee.
